The role of Global Head of Claims Strategy & Execution is a senior position, directly reporting to Global Head of Claims. In this role, the team member will be involved in all aspects of claims strategy across three key pillars organize, commercialize and digitize. The Global Head of Claims Strategy & Execution will be a member of Willis Global Claims Leadership Team and will partner with Regional Claims Leaders and other key stakeholders including but not limited to those in WTWs Carrier Management, Placement, Finance, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Human Resources groups.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $200,000 $260,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.

- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of Willis claims strategy
- Monitor competitor activity and broader industry developments to inform Willis strategy
- Lead key short-term and long-term initiatives which contribute to the strategy
- Provide cross-functional leadership of project teams to ensure implementation
- Manage and report on metrics which underpin Willis Claims Services (client facing and internal), including Willis Claims Service Standards
- Develop and manage all claims related budgets (revenue and costs), in partnership with WTW Finance
- Oversee all claims related thought leadership, marketing materials and press activity
- Oversee the Willis Claims Carrier & Adjuster Relationship Management Program
- Represent Claims on key Willis Strategic Initiatives
- Manage the relationship between Willis Claims and Willis HR, ensuring colleagues in HR understand claims strategy and partner towards agreed goals within appropriate timelines and budgets
- Manage the relationship between Willis Claims and Willis Technology, ensuring colleagues in Technology understand claims strategy and partner towards agreed goals within appropriate timelines and budgets
- Manage the relationship between Willis Claims and Willis Platforms and Data teams
- Manage the relationship between Willis Claims and Willis Finance
- Manage the relationship between Willis Claims and Willis Regional Chiefs of Staff
- Manage the relationship between Willis Claims and WTWs Excellence Group

- Knowledge of the claims industry, with focus on corporate risk segment including multinational
- Exceptional communication skills written and presentational
- Ability to articulate complex topics in ways which align with multiple audiences
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally to develop joint strategies and to manage significant delivery initiative.
- Ability to work across multiple geographies and lines of business
- Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company.
- High levels of business and financial acumen, including ability to develop CBAs for change initiatives.
- Ability to travel internationally
- Ability to lead workgroups and meetings with colleagues and external parties, including carriers
