Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

The Tech & Ops Transformation Office plays a critical role in advancing enterprise-wide consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency. Through structured planning, governance, and cross-functional collaboration, we enable alignment between technology and business strategy. Our team supports the strategic delivery of technology projects, managing their complexity and ensuring successful outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn and engage in Organizational Change Management as well.

What Will You Do?

• The Project Manager controls planning and execution of the Projects activities and resources to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are met.
• The Project Manager works with moderate supervision and is responsible for applying Project Management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to Project deliverables, processes, and systems in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
• The Project Manager operates within defined parameters using a proven Project Management Methodology with flexibility to merge different methodologies in accomplishing collective goals.
• Manages team development, actively mentors members of the PM community.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5 years of project management experience preferred.
• Experience managing others and/or project teams preferred.

What is a Must Have?

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of project management experience required.
